What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we keep what you type into the form:

• your name, work email, phone number, company and job title;
• what you asked about — the class or course, the number of seats and any participant names you give us;
• your message.

We also keep a one-way fingerprint of your internet address, to stop abuse of the form. We cannot turn it back into the address.

Why we use it

Only to answer your inquiry: to confirm availability, agree a price and arrange your training. Our team keeps notes of that conversation with your inquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists or sell your details.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries as a record of our conversations with clients. Ask us and we will delete yours.
